Personal Information:
I am a graduate of Northern Illinois University (Go Huskies!), a huge Cubs, Bulls and Bears fan and enjoy participating in various types of sports and physical activities. My favorite sports to play are basketball, softball and tennis. I live in Romeoville with my wife, my son T.J. and my daughter Veronica. We also have a couple dogs and cats, and we foster dogs for "Peace for Pits" Dog Rescue. My mom was a principal and my dad and 3 older sisters all are/were teachers. I'm happy that I followed their lead! I love teaching Physical Education at Hofer. I feel very grateful to have the opportunity to teach these children. We have a great group of students! My main goal in Physical Education is to teach children how to enjoy various forms of physical activity that they can use for the rest of their lives.

Favorite Quote:
"Do you know what my favorite part of the game is? The opportunity to play." -Mike Singletary
Advice:
To students: If you follow the rules and play safely, P.E. class will be a blast for everyone! I hope that you can use the skills you learn in my class to enjoy physical activity for a lifetime.
To parent(s)/guardian(s): Please urge your children to participate in a variety of fun physical activities outside of school. It is necessary for parent(s)/guardian(s) and other friends and family to help students stay active outside of school as much as possible. Enjoy physical activity so it becomes a fun part of everyday life!
